This update addresses a number of issues that came up related to running on Atari hardware.

:: Fixed corrupted graphics for some objects
:: Fixed traversal, allowing for more cautious play and better movement in general
:: Fixed ability to punch spikes
:: Fixed graphics bug that caused object sprites to be misalined on horizontal lines

Updated some object placements.
